Cut down blinds are cut to fit your window from a pre-fabricated basic blind
They have basic parts and the pvc material is not as sturdy as our custom made line
If you are looking for the cheapest route, this is the blind you want
available in white and off white only
This blind is comparable to what you will find off the shelf at a Big Box Home store
But better since we will measure and install for you!
